Standard Inspection: The most widely used Home Inspection;
Includes a report on all structural items, cosmetic damage, minor defects and visual deficiencies. You will also receive an informative report that includes common maintenance and safety tips.

Premium Inspection: Ideal package for the client that is unable to attend the property inspection or final walk through themselves as I will act on your behalf.
Includes the same as the STANDARD inspection and a 30 day follow-up inspection of the Sellers repairs to make sure they have been completed.

New Home Construction Inspection: For the new home owner wanting assurance that the home is or has been built according to professional standards.

Pre-Listing or Pre-Purchase Inspection: Ideal for the motivated SELLERS or BUYERS seeking an inspection before listing or purchasing their home. Dennis is offering a spring discount on his pre-listing and pre-purchase inspections.
Includes a report on all cosmetic issues, minor and major defects. This choice of inspection helps assist the SELLER to preview any issues that may exist before the buyers’ inspection takes place. This report can also be used as a beneficial marketing tool. Please allow enough time to make the necessary repairs or corrections so as to maximize your selling price potential.

Spot-Chek Inspection: Relates to the Property Owner or Tenant having problems with a specific property system or structure such as the roof, heating and cooling system or the water heater, etc.
Documentation provided on the condition of a specific component or structure that can be utilized as proof for the Renter, for Insurance claims or complaints against installation or repair technicians.

Renters’ Inspection: Specific to the RENTER with the advantage being to assist in avoiding any conflict and loss of damage deposit upon moving out.
Includes documentation on the condition of the property at the time you move in or as an existing renter. Helpful if you anticipate any landlord/tenant problems in the future and wish to protect yourself from any conflict upon moving out.
